Yes! All initial meet & greets are complimentary. However, for pets that may be more nervous or have special needs, we offer additional drop-in visits to help them get comfortable starting at a rate of $15 for 15-minute session.

At Chew Crew, timely payments help us provide the best possible care for your pets. If a payment is not made on the due date, we charge a late fee of $5 per day for each day the payment is overdue, starting from the day after your service is completed. This ensures that we can continue offering reliable, high-quality services.

We care for a wide range of animals! Whether it’s dogs, cats, rabbits, or even farm animals like pigs and chickens, Chew Crew got you covered.

Absolutely! If the cleanup takes longer than our scheduled appointment, there will be an additional $10 fee.

Overnight stays typically run from 7 PM to 7 AM, with flexible hours. We follow your pet’s usual nighttime and morning routines. We may leave during the day to attend to other clients. Midday visit is not included in the overnight stay, please refer to the price menu if needed. While we cannot always guarantee availability, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. However, join our loyalty program for $25/month to get priority booking perks.

Due to the high demand for overnight services, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking due to high demand. This deposit will be applied to your final payment and is refundable if you cancel at least ten days before your scheduled start date.

To best accommodate our clients, we ask that weekday dog walking, pet sitting, or drop-in visits be canceled before 8 AM on the day of service to avoid a $5 charge. Weekend services must be canceled 24 hours in advance. For overnight care, cancellations must be made at least ten days in advance to receive a refund of your 50% deposit.
